Andrea's Dance Academy's competition team is a selected group of dedicated dancers who train together, perform at competitions and grow through the discipline and experience that competition brings. Team numbers may include lyrical, musical theater, jazz, tap, hip hop and other styles offered at the studio.

Andrea's Dance Academy's recent competition results include gold, high gold, elite gold and platinum adjudications, overall placements, judges' awards, title wins and invitations to elite teams.
Special judges awards, multiple top high-score placements, national elite-team invitations and a studio Passion Award highlighted the season.
The team earned Dynamic Gold and Gold adjudications, a judges' special for “Great Connections,” and a 6th-place overall result.
Results included Elite Gold and Platinum adjudications, multiple first-place category results, overall placements and invitations to elite performance teams.
Recent results include Platinum and Elite High Gold adjudications, first-place overall finishes, title winners, national invitations and multiple first-place category results.
The team received a Standout Star Award, an NYSD Exclusive Award, multiple High Gold adjudications and title recognition including a Title Winner.
The competition team is designed for serious dancers. Training and competition require consistency, communication and a willingness to put in the work.
